PASSPORT and VISA

Are you planning to do a vacation? Or go to another country for business or education? If you plan to do so, do not forget to prepare the travel documents for your vacation. Travel document is an identity document issued by a government or international treaty organization to facilitate the movement of persons across international boundaries, following international agreements. Passport and visa is important travel document if you want to traveling to another country.
Passport is a travel document, usually issued by a country's government that certifies the identity and nationality of its holder primarily for the purpose of international travel. Standard passports may contain information such as the holder's name, place and date of birth, photograph, signature, and other identifying information. Many types of passports are available in almost every country around the world. The conditions, length of validity and number of pages often vary by country. The first type is ordinary or common passport is the most frequently issued type of passport. It is issued to citizens of a country and allows for international travel. Second is service passport is passport issued to government to conduct travel on non diplomatic assignment (government agency). This type of passport is for the purpose of work-related travel. And third is diplomatic passport, this type of passport is issued to conduct travel on diplomatic assignment or who travel abroad for diplomatic work. Passport validity is 5 years from the date of publication. Passport that can be used to go abroad is still has the period of minimum 6 months from the date of departure until the end of the passport, some countries require more than 6 months.                                                        
Visa is a conditional authorization granted by a country to a foreigner allowing them to enter, remain within, or to leave that country. Visa typically include limits on the duration of the foreigner's stay, territory within the country they may enter, the dates they may enter, the number of permitted visits or an individual's right to work in the country in question. If you already have visa you are allowed to enter the country. Not all countries require visas for passport holders. Types of visa are (1) diplomatic visa, only be issued to the person that bring diplomatic passport, (2) limited stay visa is a single entry visa for a visit that is related to work and to other purposes (3) service visa is visa that used to non diplomatic assignment, (4) visit visa is visa for person who want to enter a country temporarily for business or education. Remember that all of the travel documents like passport, visa, and entry permits are different for each country that you visit. If you do not prepare all of them may your trip can be disturbed or even you can refused and deported after you arrive in your destination.
